You can contact the practice Monday to Friday, 8am–6:30pm, by phone, online services, or in person.
We will assess requests the same day where appropriate and ensure you are directed to the right care, based on your clinical need. If you need urgent help outside opening hours, please contact NHS 111 or 999 in an emergency. If you are unable to use our online service, please call or visit us and our team will assist you.

Extended Access
We offer extended access appointments in the evening between 6.30 and 8pm and on Saturdays between 9am and 5pm.The site can vary between Scartho Medical, Lynton and Chantry health centres. These are by appointment only and are available for booking by the reception team.
